Rajesh Kumar Vashishtha is a founder member at Vashishtha Law Professional Corporation.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of India (ICSI), an institute established by the Government of India under the Act of Parliament. He is also a member of Punjab and Haryana State Bar Council, Chandigarh (India). He has worked with various reputed companies as Head (Finance and Legal).
