Rajesh Kumar Vashishtha is a founder member at Vashishtha Law Professional Corporation.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of India (ICSI), an institute established by the Government of India under the Act of Parliament. He is also a member of Punjab and Haryana State Bar Council, Chandigarh (India). He has worked with various reputed companies as Head (Finance and Legal).

Mr. Vashishtha did his legal training (Law Practice Program) from Ryerson University, Toronto in 2016. He accomplished his Canadian Equivalency in Law and has been called to the Bar for the Province of Ontario. Prior to his Call to the Bar, Mr. Vashishtha worked with reputed law firms, namely Negi Samson LLP, and Aastha Lawyers Professional Corporation. He has worked with various reputed companies as Head (Finance and Legal). He has successfully represented various corporate and individual clients before superior court of Justice, CRA, WSIB, and other Government Agencies.

He is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu Languages..
